Terms & Conditions (Delivery Service):- Orders placed online are processed daily from Monday to Friday with an order confirmation sent within 24 hours.
- Merchandise is non-refundable and is not for re-sale or other commercial purposes.
- If place an order on a weekend or national holiday, it will be processed the following business day, delivery arrangement will be arranged within 5-7 business days.
- Services may be affected when typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted or black rainstorm warning is in effect. We will contact you by phone or e-mail should we need to rearrange your delivery schedule.
- Enjoy free delivery to HK Island, Kowloon and New Territories for any purchase over 10 boxes or above. Additional Charge: The recipient’s contact information must be completed in full. We reserve the right to levy an additional delivery charge if further delivery attempts are made due to incomplete or incorrect recipient details
Terms & Conditions (Self Pickup):
- The mooncake must be collected at the selected pick-up location from 1 August to 22 September 2024.
- Upon confirmation of order, there will be no cancellation, amendment to the order, or refund permitted.
- The email confirmation must be presented upon redemption.
- The order is non-exchangeable for cash.
- Lady M Hong Kong is not liable for the loss or damage of the confirmation email.
- Lady M Hong Kong reserves the right to amend the above terms without prior notice.
- Lady M Hong Kong reserves the right of all final decisions in case of any dispute.
