Terms & Conditions - Self pick up order:1. Mooncakes may only be collected at designated Lady M boutiques from 7 August to 27 September 2026.
2. Upon confirmation of order, there will be no cancellation, amendment to the order, or refund permitted.
3. The email confirmation must be presented upon redemption.
4. The order is non-exchangeable for cash.
5. Lady M Hong Kong is not liable for the loss or damage of the confirmation email.
6. Lady M Hong Kong reserves the right to amend the above terms without prior notice.
7. In case of any dispute, Lady M Hong Kong Limited reserves the right of final decision.
Terms & Conditions - Delivery order:
1. Enjoy free delivery to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories for purchases of 10 boxes or more of the Lady M Moonlit Reverie Gift Set (applicable to one delivery location only).
2. Delivery orders are processed from Monday to Friday.
3. If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the following working day, and delivery will be arranged within 5-7 working days.
4. Merchandise is non-refundable and is not for re-sale or other commercial purposes.
5. Delivery services may be affected when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, or when a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect. In this case, the logistics company will contact you by phone or email to arrange a new delivery time.
6. Please ensure that accurate and complete recipient information is provided. Lady M Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to levy an additional delivery charge for unsuccessful deliveries or if further delivery attempts are required due to incomplete or incorrect recipient details.
7. In case of any dispute, Lady M Hong Kong Limited reserves the right of final decision.
